Ingredients:
4 eggs
2/3 cup Anchor butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
150 g chocolate
100 g brown flour
100 g milk powder

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degree
- Use regular spray and dust with flour
- Place 4 eggs, granulated sugar and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer (or by hand work! ) on low speed until all ingredient are incorporated.
- Then increase mixer speed to medium and beat the mixture lightens and is smooth.
- Double-boiling chocolate and batter until all melt
- Mix 2 ingredient to smooth (wet ingredient)
- Mix dry ingredient (flour & milk powder) and pour into wet ingredient with slow speed mixing
- Pour batter into Bundt pad then pour the mixture into it about 60% full (leave the space for rising)
- Bake on middle rack for 20-30 mins or until the top of the cake are light golden brown
- Let it cool for 5 mins and take it out of the Bundt pad.
